The full template library
Printout Designer ships with ready-made templates for every document an order produces, on Shopify, BigCommerce, Ecwid and WooCommerce. Each one pulls from your own store data and none of them is fixed, so a template is a starting point rather than a format you have to live with.
Templates by platform
What an order needs on paper
The documents change as an order moves, and each one has a different reader. Some go to the customer, some stay in the warehouse, and some only exist for your own records.

Invoices
What the customer keeps for their records, with the items, the tax and the total. The one document that has to hold up in front of an accountant.
Packing slips
What goes in the box, or what the picker works from. Quantities and SKUs matter here, prices usually do not.
Labels
Barcode labels for stock and delivery labels for parcels, sized for the sheets and rolls you already buy.
Receipts
Proof that payment has been taken, whether the sale happened online or across a counter.
Refund notes
A breakdown of what was returned and what was refunded, for the times an order goes backwards.
Questions, answered
Almost. The document types and most of the templates are shared, with a few differences from one platform to the next, so it is worth browsing the platform you sell on.
Open an order in the editor and use Data View to see the fields that came through with it, or download that order's dataset as JSON. Both show real data from your own store rather than a generic list.
A template can be exported from one account and imported into another, but platforms name their fields differently, so some fields will need remapping after the import.
Each account connects to one store, so a store on a second platform needs its own account. Templates can be moved between them by export and import.
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required, so you can connect your store and print a real document before deciding.
