Every line on this invoice has a product photo, its variant and a scannable barcode, followed by subtotal, shipping, tax and total. It serves as the customer’s invoice and as a document your warehouse can scan.

  • Photo, variant and barcode per line
  • Barcode from the SKU or the UPC
  • Subtotal, shipping, tax and total
  • Printed through PrintNode by order status

When to use it

Who uses an invoice with barcodes

Some stores print one document per order and put it in the box. This preset is built for that.

Warehouses that scan

Staff scan each line to confirm the item before it goes in the parcel, then the same page travels to the customer as their invoice.

Stores with many variants

The variant is printed next to each photo, so a medium in blue is never packed in place of a large in green.

One printout per order

Instead of printing an invoice and a separate packing slip, print a single page that serves both purposes.

Change the barcode and the layout

In the editor you decide what each barcode holds and how the page looks:

  • Encode the SKU or the UPC, whichever your scanners read
  • Switch between formats such as Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A, DataMatrix and PDF417
  • Add an order-level barcode or a QR code to the header
  • Include staff notes or bin picking numbers when the page is for the warehouse
