When to use it
Who the classic invoice is for
This layout keeps to what a customer or a bookkeeper needs and leaves product imagery out. Most Ecwid stores can use it as it comes.
Stores that want a plain invoice
If a photo on every line would only take up space, the classic layout gives a clean record of what was bought and what it cost.
Business customers with a tax ID
Ecwid sends the customer’s tax ID and tax exempt status with the order, so a B2B invoice can carry both without anyone copying them over.
A base for your own layout
Open the preset, change what you like and it saves as a new template of your own, while the original stays available to start from again.

What the classic invoice shows
Each field comes from the Ecwid order, so the invoice always matches what the customer paid.
- Your store details, address and currency
- Order number and order date
- Billing and shipping address, with company name
