Ecwid pick list template

Pick List Template for Ecwid

The pick list turns a batch of Ecwid orders into one list of every SKU, with the quantity needed, the orders each item belongs to and a box to tick. It is for whoever collects the stock, so the whole batch is on the packing table before anyone starts filling boxes.

  • Every SKU in the batch, listed once
  • Quantities to collect per item
  • Orders each item belongs to
  • A tick box on every line

When to use it

When a pick list saves time

If the same product appears in ten orders, walking to its shelf ten times wastes time. A pick list sends the picker there once.

Collecting stock for a batch

Gather everything the selected orders need in one round, then pack from what is already on the table.

Popular products in many orders

Quantities are added up per SKU, so a bestseller in twenty orders shows as a single line with its total.

Separate pickers and packers

One person collects from the list while another packs, and the order numbers on each line show where every item goes.

What the pick list shows

The list is built from the orders you select, using their Ecwid order data.

  • Each SKU in the batch on its own line
  • Product name and chosen options
  • Total quantity to pick for each SKU
  • The order numbers each item belongs to
  • A tick box to mark each line as collected
Make it yours

Organize the list around your storeroom

Change the preset so the list matches the way you walk the shelves. You can:

  • Sort lines by SKU or name, or group products by category
  • Add product attributes, such as a shelf or bin location you keep against each product
  • Show stock left and item weight next to each line
  • Add a small product photo to help pickers find each item

A packing slip describes one order, or a few orders one by one, for the person filling the box. A pick list merges the whole batch into one list of SKUs for the person collecting the stock.

Yes. The editor can sort table rows and group products by category, and any attribute you keep against a product, such as a shelf location, can be added as a column to sort by.

Usually yes. The pick list gets the stock to the packing table, and a packing slip for each order, or the Combined Packing Slip, tells the packer what goes into each box.
