When to use it

When an invoice with images helps

Text alone can make two similar products look identical. A thumbnail removes the guesswork for the customer and for your support team.

Stores with many similar variants

Colors, patterns and finishes that read the same on paper are easy to tell apart once each line carries its own picture.

Fewer questions after delivery

A customer checking the parcel against the invoice can see which item they ordered, so fewer emails arrive asking if the right one was sent.

Invoices that look like your shop

Product photos make the document feel like part of your storefront rather than a plain accounting printout.

Adjust the layout to suit your products

Nothing on the preset is fixed. Open it in the editor to:

  • Resize the thumbnails or move them to another column
  • Add your logo and set fonts, colors and spacing
  • Show a line item property, such as a personalization note, under the item it belongs to
  • Add a barcode or a QR code that opens the order status page
  • Sort or group line items, for example by category
