When to use it
Why keep a refund note
When money goes back to a customer, both of you need a record of it. A refund note gives that refund its own document.

Make it yours
Adjust the refund note
Like every preset, it can be changed in the drag-and-drop editor. You can:
- Add your logo, fonts and colors
- Add a line explaining when the money will reach the customer
- Show the reason for the return from an order metafield, if you store one
- Add a QR code that opens the order status page
- Rename the document heading, for example to credit note, if that suits your records
