Invoice Template with Barcodes and Images for WooCommerce

Each line on this invoice carries a product photo and a barcode, so the same page works for the customer and for the person packing the parcel. Below the items come subtotal, shipping, tax and total, all read from the WooCommerce order.

  • A photo and a barcode per line
  • SKU or GTIN encoded in the barcode
  • Subtotal, shipping, tax and total
  • Printed automatically for the warehouse

When to use it

Who scans an invoice

Some stores print one document per order and use it all the way from shelf to parcel. This preset is designed for that.

Scan-to-verify packing

Packers scan each line before an item goes in the box, so a wrong product is caught at the bench rather than by the customer.

One document per order

Stores that do not want a separate packing slip print this invoice once, pack from it and put it in the parcel.

Printed at the warehouse

An automation rule sends it to the warehouse printer through PrintNode as soon as an order is ready to pack.
