Invoice Template with QR Code for WooCommerce

A standard invoice with one addition: a QR code that takes the customer to the order’s payment page. It gives anyone with an unpaid WooCommerce order a direct way to settle it from the document itself.

  • QR code linked to the order’s payment page
  • Suited to bank transfer and on-hold orders
  • All invoice fields from the order
  • Emailed when an order is waiting for payment

14-day free trial. No credit card required.

When to use it

When a payment QR code earns its place

An invoice for an order that is already paid only needs to be a record. For one that is still open, it should also make paying easy.

Orders on hold

Customers who left an order on hold receive an invoice they can scan to finish the payment instead of hunting for the checkout link.

Bank transfer customers

Businesses paying by transfer have the order total and a payment link on the same page their accounts team files.

Payment reminders

Emailed on the on-hold or pending status, the invoice works as a reminder that already contains the way to pay.

What the invoice with QR code shows

The QR code and every other field are filled from the WooCommerce order when the invoice is generated.

  • Your store details and currency
  • Order number and order status
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Line items with SKU and quantity
  • Coupons, fees and shipping as separate lines
  • Tax and the order total
  • Payment method
  • A QR code that opens the order’s payment page

Change what the code does and where it sits

The editor lets you adjust the preset to how you take payment:

  • Resize the QR code or move it next to the total
  • Hide the QR code on paid orders with a condition
  • Add a short line of text telling customers to scan and pay
  • Point the QR code at a different order field
  • Add your logo, fonts and colors
